I just won this lot of 50+ Brooke Bond Albums and cards and also loose cards recently from a specialist auction in England which I did not know until this month existed. A very good place for paper ephemera and esp toys and militaria and historical document items. I got this lot for very little money, and they even do their own shipping. Basically a lot of early 60's albums and later in good to very good condition. Not my most prize lot by any means but a good one. I had to buy it as it had a few albums that I only had one or two of. All of the ones pictured are later albums, dating mainly as in the photo being 1970's to 1990's. The earliest ones I have date to the mid 1950's.
I had to post this picture and found out something today I could do that I never knew I could ! The photo had a large glare of flash in the middle and I took that out with photoshop with little effort. I was amazed. Posted both photos for comparison.
Very nice find ! You must have quite a large collection by now . Nice to know you can get glare off photo I have that problem sometimes too .
Yes, thank you Manikin, expecting another lot of 45+ that I bought several weeks ago from Australia. It is for unused mint albums and a set of unused cards for each album which is a particular way to collect which makes them more valuable to collectors. I just found that way to get the glare off of and then just tweaked the lighting again and made it sharper.
