I mentioned earlier that I'm visiting my aunt in Canada, so while I'm here I felt that I would not be able to forgive myself if I didn't make time to go to Corning to the glass center of Americas, I don't know if that statement is true, but I think it should be. They have examples of pretty much anything you want to see concerning glass, the curator I talked to said the museum has 14 examples of Ravenscroft's glass...

yeah the museum is amazing, I felt like a kid in a candy shop. you can not tell it from the pictures, but many pieces, mainly modern ones are absolutely huge...
