This is not yours but yours has all the hallmarks of being German made not Japan . He is wonderful . Does he still work ?

Manikin, I am not sure if he works, I have not had time to test him, but it appears he may not. Thanks for the lead, I hope he is worth a bit on money!

Dear Rick I have the same mystery as you are. I have found the bear trainer with the same felt fabric and same iron boots and casters with the same black clip hevel on the metal roller skate boots. I picked mine up in local antique store for 75 eur is 80us$ please give me email or phone and i mail or whatsapp pics. He looks the part regards Isi from BELGIUM europe
