Wrapping it up with a consistent color which is just a coincidence.
Up first is a Studebaker with a delightful space age front end.
Number two I do not recall but it has a great grill.
Number 3 is a Ford Fairlane hard top convertible which I think is one of the coolest cars of all time.
Wrapping it up is the Aqua Car complete with propellers.
WOW! heavenly!
SWEET RIDES!!!!!
I'll second on the Fairlane :)..... Amazing mechanicals to raise and lower the hard top. Poetry in motion !
That type blue has always been high on my list.
Thank you very much ho2cultcha.
And thank you very much jscott.

Ugh!!! I was supposed to go to this event too but had to cancel. I love, love that Ford too, a real beauty! All aqua, very cool and #2 looks like it could be a few different cars. I'm wondering if it's a Chrysler 300??? Looks like you had a blast, lucky you!
Thank you very much shareurpassion. This year to make sure I could go I took a vacation day and made sure I had the other two days off the show was on. For some reason we have family stuff going on around then. Anyway I did get to go on Saturday which is the best day. I think I spent 8 hours there including my antiques break at the mall a few blocks away.
Ah it is a Chrysler 300 K.

Thank you very much Virginia.vintage.
Great post :) had to love it again!
Ahh -- the Fairlane SKYLINER -- I agree w/ya Fort, one of the all time coolest cars ever! Nowadays, 'robotics' is becoming commonplace...but those Ford engineers managed to pull it off with 1950's technology??!! [600 feet of wiring spread among 10 power relays, eight circuit breakers, 10 limit switches, three drive motors, four lock motors, dashboard warning light, and safety interlock switch] GOTTA love that??!!! <applause>

Thank you very much Trey. I see you found it, maybe we can get it to page 25.
Thank you very much AnythingObscure. Great information about the Skyliner. Perhaps I'll post the pair side by side I saw at the last show.
