A very tall, almost 11 inches with the Cobalt blue glass ribbon Orange Tango vase.
A beautiful example of Bohemian glass vase. Yes Tango? I think you can class this so.
One of the best made pieces I have in my collection. The glass is comprable in quality with my yellow Loetz glass jardiniere which sits behind these glasses in photo 3. It's beautifully thick and generous and the feel can only be described by words like thick, shinny and chunky. It really is styled beautifully.
Cool Anne! Love the colour combo.
thank you Karen.....I dedicate this to the beautiful ppl who died at the hands of those bruts over night....
Anne, What a nice pieces collection!
And a so delicate tribute to the victims of last night events...
This is one wild and wacky piece looks like it has a grown and arms .. and fits right in with your great bright collection.
that should read crown !
thanks Marty....a crown, that's what I was looking for, how simple and yet clever the word is....
yes kyra, it's a beauty....xxx
Hope you find the maker - cause I want one like that!
It has to be Kralik. I have not seen one with this rim but the blue glass, teardrops, leaves...
no I think it's a crown with robe Ian. Alfredo put me on to a Crown and he's so right when the vase is upright that is exactly what it is...and the glass in the orange as that thick type that Loetz use IMHO. I've not come across Kralik using that thick rich texture in Tango. I'm sure 1 billion people will disagree but like I always say, holding the item in your hand gives you the ability to truly get a feel for your item. Ian I know you get what I mean because you always use your courage to state at the beginning of your posts what you feel the item is...so always go with your instinct. You and I have been learning glass around the same time I think and it's not easy. But unless the experts come up with plausable comments and proof then go with the flow as thy say :) Thank you for taking the courage and kindness to always comment on my items too. I'm not on here much these days, mainly due to health but I truly appreciate the comments from the dedicated few who are still courageous enough to be kind and caring. Unfortunately in todays era it takes such skills to be so :) Anne xxxx

Similar artwork?
similar, it has cobalt but the only MP is the 3 handled item, so I'm not sure who made the vases wiyjout seeing them....
Wow! What a colourful collection of Tango glass. I love it. It's so bold and Art Deco. You have some unusual pieces I've not seen before, the one in the first & last photo for example, amazing!
thank you fran and thank you to everyone on CW who has liked this new item in photo 1 and 4. Again an Australian collector who I admire for her taste. I also purchased my blue art nouveau posie vase from her collection. She has amazing taste.....But I'm really interested at the 24 likes. This I think is my highest thus fur and I've only checked back a few times......take care everyone and hello to the new collector faces to me :)
Hi Anne, I remember that you were interested in the "Mats Jonasson # 65119 Morgana Purple Mask Lead Crystal Sculpture" that SEAN recently displayed. I just saw one on eBay and wanted to make sure you knew about it.

Hi Deano, Thank you so much for remembering my comment.
Yes Seans was amazing.

Cheers Anne
A kaleidoscope of wonderful colours!..:-)
Thank you Penny. Have you set your displays up yet?
Nope!..still in boxes..:-(...I only have the odd ;-)) one I buy at the moment...we are tiling bathrooms at this very moment!...:-/
Ooooooo are you using glass tiles on the walls?
not too sure The photos you just sent now unfortunately don't resemble my items. I thought yours were Loetz....lol
What a total confusion...
Where's Dr Who and that time machine. We maybe need not go back in time we could just bother the doctor to try and solve it through chemistry...lol
yes I did ask you too.
I was simply saying I had been told they were Loetz.
Does this make me right and you wrong or you right and me wrong.
That is all I was saying.
Thanks for the comments. I'll drop you a line.
I cant always write immediately as I am unwell....
Cheers Anne
