A giant Band-Aid box by Johnson & Johnson the maker of Band-Aids. This case is 12" tall x 15 1/2" wide x 6" deep.
Unfortunately it did not come with any supplies but those are available at reasonable cost. And it has plenty of room for supplies with three removable drawers. Each is labeled with the supplies held within. Or at least or supposed to be held within.
Be sure to specify J&J products when reordering.
I am not certain how old this is. Looks to be 1950s.
Looks like a really useful case for keeping other small nic-naks in, as well as being a nice display piece.

So cool to see the lists on the front of each drawer. Castor oil? Really? No going home sick for these people.
