A recent yard sale find. I was talking with the elderly lady of the house. She got up and led me to her overflowing garage, where, on a shelf she had stacks of depression glass. I spotted the green ones and we made a deal.
1) Federal Glass - Teardrops, 1929-1933
2) Federal Glass - Thumbprint, 1927 - 1930
3) Hocking Glass - Circle, 1930 - 1935
4) Federal Glass - Cabbage Rose or Sharon or Rose of Sharon, 1935-1939
All 4 are made with Uranium, which allows them to glow under UV light.
Special thanks to TallCakes, for his incredible well of knowledge. I do appreciate it.
These are definitely very cool!!
2) is Federal's 'Thumbprint' c1927-30
3) 'Circle' is by Hocking Glass c1930-35 before joining with Anchor to form Anchor Hocking in 1937.
#4 is Sharon aka Cabbage Rose by Federal 1935-1939.
Thanks for backing me up Fortapache, glad I got that one right.
Oops you already got it. I automatically go into ID mode when I see depression glass.
Very cool cups and great find Deano!
Well found Dean. I think these are great. Sad as it may seem I am currently moving toward using glass for almost everything here, including my coffee and tea cups!

Thanks to Rick55, Nicefice and Racer for the nice comments. I've got a few more cups to show, I don't know their origins. Karen, I use glass almost exclusively, I just can't see a reason not to. Glass makes me happy!
