Does anyone know what this is? The box is wood, the number wheels are metal and do not move. I got it at a flea market sale for $2. They didn't really know what it was for---the person suggested cribbage. I play cribbage but am no expert on the history It interested me and I was willing to part with the $2. It is 10-5/8" long, just shy of 3" wide and 1-1/4" deep/tall. It has slots on both sides for cards but only one storage opening for pegs.

I am hoping someone can suggest something. Thanks so very much!

I've seen this before and I'm not remembering what it is but it's not for cards
      It's a tool for measuring I'm sure
I'll get back to you as this will bother me until I do

This is a C. W. Le Count cribbage board with the game Euchre on the back.
