i'm quite sure this is a 1950s to 1960s fontana arte bowl with a brush finished brass handle and this wonderful facetted body in this vibrant fontana arte blue they are famous for.
allways thought it might be a max ingrand design because i have seen several other pieces by him with matching handle and the same finish... anyway i really really like it and it would be great to get some more infos
