I bought this chair from my daughter. She found it on the street. She thought it was an Eames chair. I paid her $100 for it just to help her out and put it in my storage locker.
I've no idea what it is worth and don't really care as I know she loves it. She has finally decided on one place for longer than a year (kids, right?) so I want to get it repaired and give it back to her.
Details:
The seat is a single piece of bent wood, stained a walnut color.
Wood height is 31" and the width of the wood is 23".
The cushion is set on the bent wood, 1" from the front of chair and back of chair, and 1.5" on either side.
The depth from front to back is about 28".
The four legs all screw on/off.
So, it in rough shape, but it is beautiful. I think with the right pro bringing it back to life it could be really gorgeous.
So, if you know anything about the chair, maker, a place where I could find out more about it, I would really appreciate it.
Thanks much!

It looks like a Carter Bros 'scoop' chair to me. It's a nice find!
