I haven't been able to find my dragon is Liuli's catalogue so maybe it is a discontinued sculpture.
I'm sure he is very auspicious.
He is certainly beautiful.
I will post some interesting links for you in comments.
The first is Liuli's website.
The second is a fascinating interview with the founders of Liuli.

What a beauty!!!
It really is a STUNNING OBJECT, KAREN !!!
You have wonderful glass, racer!..and what I really like about it..each piece is different and a pleasure to see...love it!!...
Yes, you do have more.....and every bit as beautiful!!!
Karen, This is really cool! I do like the rabbits more, but still really love this.
Both of your Liulu pieces are just exquisite Karen....you've been holding out on us ....lol :)
Very beautiful Karen in agreement with the above list.
Oh dear, I've started to drool......!!
They must have really imaginative ( and gifted) designers!
Thanks Kyra!
Vet - it really is. The work to make these beautiful is time consuming.
Inky - look at their website. Extraordinary stuff!
..................................Speechless......................WOW
Thanks Peggy - get my spirits up!
Nice to hear from you Thomas. Thanks!
I'm happy you like them enough to pick a favorite Scott. Henceforth you are known as "The Rabbit Lover".
Not really holding out Mike. These are a relatively new arrival here and I just haven't been stuffed to do photography. I thought your Asian sense would like them!
Why thank you capering one! I love the image of you being kiddish and happily capering about.
Suck it up Bonnie!!
Thanks Ivonne. They have only 1 designer, Loretta Yang, who was one of Asia's top actors before she started Liuli with her husband, Chang Yi, previously a director. Clearly she has great talent.
Thanks Rose. I don't want to skite about something I own but these are so beautiful.
gorgeous!
Ta cultured one.
What another fabulous piece of art Karen! What I particularly love is the contrast between the hard, highly detailed lines of the dragon against the smooth lines of the base!
As a dramatic piece I like this one more than the bunnies Scott, but like you, I adore the bunnies. As you say the contrast of shape and colour in this just gives it so much power.
I love this Karen.
Thanks Jean!
Beautiful colors:)
It's been sitting on my kitchen window for years now Eileen and is still wondrous.
Thanks for digging through my old posts and loving them.
It's great when people dig through old posts. I then see things I missed. Awesome!
So true WOW. Many things I've missed!
i have this in the database , i went to hell and back but i don,t know where it is
this piece is called , smile of the dragon
2008 - 1660/5800" 4-1/2" high, by approx 2"
Wow thanks Apostata, good to know it's name and date. Appreciate your help.
i got only 2 pieces myself because i am in favor of the French pate de verre, but that,s a whole different ballgame
i got Crystal the lucky lion limited 2800 , a horrible piece i think too flashy
and what was called a Soemmering Gazelle 742/2160-1998 , which was a blunder of the auctioneer , he probably did not knew Chinese culture or mythology
