The only info I know about this trunk is it was in my grandmothers house. My mom said she remembers her grandparents having a trunk but isn't sure if it's the same trunk. We used it as a treasure chest for a pirate party and have now brought it home. It did not have a key, upon googling I was able to find one and am waiting on it to arrive. I am just curious as to its date seeing as we have little info to go on.
How did you find a key for it? I thought you'd need to know a few things about the trunk in order to get the correct key.
I googled the maker of the lock which is eagle lock company. I found a website that had a bunch of keys and it said the correct key number may be stamped on the lock itself. Which it was and I googled eagle lock company and the key number and I found a few b
