This adorable wind-up toy was "rescued" from being sent to its new home in a landfill and added to my collection of Junk Treasures. The motor works perfectly and it's the cutest worm i've ever seen. Does anyone know what era this apple belong to? I'm thinking 1980s?

I actually sold these as a class fundraising project back in the mid 70's. We each got a sales "kit" with different items in it to sell door-to-door. This was one of the items. Try selling door-to-door in todays world!
