Came across these vise grip-like pliers on a website for another tool. Was curious to see if anyone knew what they were called.
I've done some searching using various terms, and image searches, but so far no luck.

i need to see the whole thing, not just part of it, but i think this might be a jeweler's grip or vice grip if it can be held in place by something attached to the table.
Looks like a hand vise or a wire pulling tool. Search those terms to see more details.
Hand held vise is what they called around here.
