This is another piece from Liberty & Co's Tudric pewter range, designed by Archibald Knox.
It's a Flagon, which means it holds two Imperial Pints, being 0.946 Litres, or 1.2 US Quarts. So it would hold a goodly amount of your favourite tipple.
It's model number 0304. Some people believe the first 2 digits give the year these pieces were first produced, ie 1903. I'm not sure that's strictly true, however it's a reasonably good rule of thumb.
This model is illustrated on pg 119 (Fig 102) of The Designs of Archibald Knox for Liberty & Co., by Adrian J Tillbrook, 1976.
The 0304 Flagon is one of the less common Tudric models, and this was the first time I've seen one in the flesh, so I couldn't resist adding it to our little collection.
