Two frustrating weeks looking for the name of the designer!
No result.
I still have not been able to read the date code!
Those are the three lines under Germany.
This is not going well.
I've tried to complete this post three times and even that has failed.
My ideas were Pucci, Vasarely, Wiinblad .... but it seems not to be.
What I do know is that it is 18.5 cm or 7.3" tall.
You might ask rosenthal... normally you'll get a quite fast answer
Stunning -- No idea at all.....?? NATALE SAPONE ?? did some wavy bumpy designs, but NO clue at all!!!!!!
Many thanks GETTHATMONKEYOUTOFME & ANTIQUEROSE too !!!! I will contact them in a couple of days. I'm hoping someone here on CW might already know.

Many thanks SWFINLUV !!!!
I had not seen that big one !!!
I think they suggest BAUMANN for the designer of the shape and suggest WIINBLAD as a designer for the decoration too.
I really do appreciate your help. Thanks again.
Yeah, and I don't disagree that it was probably Wiinblad who did the graphic on the vase. Most of the "pop art" patterns I looked at for this shape seem to have been done by Wiinblad. I just noted the form number and Baumann's name in the post as being referenced on the Pinterest page in case that might help with another search for the exact color and size. It was one more name to try anyway... : )
Good luck with the hunt!

.... and belated thanks to SCOTT & RICK !!!!!
I had a go at the vase and the only thing I could find is a designer named Helmut Drexler who used the same colors but different shaped porcelain. No idea if he was an influence for your beautiful psychedelic vase!

MANY THANKS SWFINLUV !!!!
VASARELY is GOOD !!!!!!
I didn't message Stephen at the site about it but since a lot of his posts are marked as 'attributed to', I assumed he had more concrete info on this design in particular.
Thanks yet again, mate !!!!
Many thanks NEWFLD !!.!!.!!
I know I’m very late to this chat but I am pretty positive this is a Verner Panton design called “Onion”, probably 1969. This pattern was used for rugs and ceramics as well. I have the same.
Many t hanks ARCHISTORIEN !!!!!!
Many thanks NEWFLD !!!!!
