Found this at a recent garage sale and was wondering what it is , i have never seen one. It looks like a grinder . It is 7 inches wide and found in Arizona.

Super cool item that makes me wonder. (I just watched a show on the Grand Canyon legend of possibly Egyptians being in a cave there). It looks like a grinding stone with the knurled edge for a better grip when wet.

Looks like a wheel for a stone age tonka. Very interesting piece.
