Here is the elusive coffee pot and the four very curious 6" side plates that were bought from England. They are unlike anything else we have ever seen. The 6" plates should be all Alberta Rose bread and butter plates (which we do not have) but these are the usual flower patterns but appear to be the decal for the saucer placed on a slightly larger side plate and they are signed on the reverse. They came from Stoke were RA was produced and we can only assume they were one-of-a-kind curiosities or mistakes. At any rate we are thrilled to have them.
We have started collecting the relatively rare cups and saucers with the striped foot (as opposed to the solid gold colorerd foot). These were made for a linited western European market in small numbers and are very difficult to find. So far we have three of them.
We have also acquired the six cups and saucers in the Flora Series - a cousin to the Provincial Flowers series with three patterns of overlap.
