Don't know much about this pulpit vase other than it stands 8 inches tall and measures 4 inches wide. It has a very translucent aqua blue color, and appears to be Hand blown . it also has some type of emblem etched into the base. Any help would be welcomed.

I think the base marks are just the result of a grinding tool used to take down the sharp ridges after the pontil rod was distatched. A pontil rod is a steel rod that is attached to further complete the item. A second stage after the item is mouth blown.

Thanks for your thoughts Collectomaniac. I am familiar with pointils and tool marks. I also collect marbles. But anyway these marks appear more deliberate. But I've been wrong before it may just be my exuberance . wanting to see what is really not there
Again thank you for your thoughts and time Hope to chat with you again .
