Picked these up at Salvation this morning for a really good price and a pair to boot. At first I thought they were L.E. Smith but I found a single bottle like these on Ruby Lane IDing it as Imperial or U.S. Glass Co. for Irice. This pattern is also featured in Jacquelyne North's Perfume book. Although these seem to be just slightly different. Both the neck and stoppers are ground for a nice air tight fit and they have zero damage. -Mike-
Excerpt From Ruby Lane
This very bottle is featured on page 75 of Jacquelyne North's Perfume book and is item #45. (see last photo). It is referred to as a fan stopper bottle and has a flower and geometric motif. The stopper has a feather type design with organic details and stars in rondles on either side. A very attractive and heavy pressed glass scent bottle for your dressing table. These bottles were made by Imperial Glass for Irice and also US Glass Company in the 1930s and 1940s.
Thanks Ken...they are a bit better quality than the L.E. Smith ones I already have. :)
