I am trying to find similar vintage signs with the two Piece bowtie, that is written in script, like this one. The prongs that hold neon to sign are broke. Getting some information so that decision on whether to repair needs to be made. Does anyone have any info that they could pass on.
The 2 piece bowtie signs were plentiful and you can still find them. It's block lettering not script, but all the blockout paint has flaked off over time. You should be able to get some replacement standoffs to replace the broken ones. It's quite common to find them broken because over time, from the heat, the plastic becomes brittle and breaks. It's definitely fixable but it may not be worth it unless you really like the sign. It's a very common one so not worth too much.
