This horseman is among my other oriental items in my home. The horseman looks as if it could be made of some sort of shell but I am not sure.
    Measures: Height 10 1/2 inches, Width 7 3/4 inches, Side width 3 1/2 inches.
If anyone know any information about this horseman please let me know, Thanks very much.

That looks like a female to me. Could be Lady Sun, or more famously Sun Shangxiang as she is called in Chinese opera and in contemporary culture, lived during the Three Kingdoms era of China. (But she carries a bow, not a sword, though she could use many weapons. BUT she has a bird on her head.)
