These pieces are an interesting example of Italian Mid-Century design. Unusual mix of traditional chinoiserie decoration with Italian Mid-Century lines. Umberto Mascagni used materials that were provocative for the time, such as skai (PVC) and aluminum.

These pieces features include padded skai (faux leather) trimmed with anodized aluminum, Glass, Metals, Wood, Imitation Leather, Leather, Vinyl, Glass, Aluminium. The doors are mirrored inside and the interior of the cabinet is lined in skai. A beautiful focal point in all decors. Hand-painted detail.
