I got these marbles today, many different types of marbles. I have a book on identifying marbles but cannot find it. A lot of the nicer ones are chipped or cracked and played with, some seem old like 1940's 50; 60's.
Any ideas on some of these marbles ?

My marble book has some of these that I remember, been looking for my book. It's here somewhere, arrrg.
Lol. At least losing your book is better than losing your marbles. I just bought some Akro Agate glass last month. A childrens dish set. I learnt they made marbles too.
Lol man. I've been finding some cool looking marbles in this pile. Gonna buy another book because the people running the sale are having 3 more weekend sales. Nobody is allowed in the home, only outside, so much stuff in this home, a collector of many things. They told me today that there where bins with big marbles in them, can't wait for tomorrow.
