    Marked made in USA The one on the right is 7" tall the other 8" tale. Torquoise with gold overlay trim. Would like to find out more about them.

      look up Mark listed here as SavoyChina1. He loves this Savoy china as it's called.

      Thanks Standwick. You are right, both of these pieces are made by Savoy China. 24 KT gold overlay on pottery. Often called "weeping gold". When you see the base color showing through the gold, the gold has been rubbed off. NEVER wrap or ship weeping gold in newspaper. The newspaper will act like sandpaper and abraid the gold surface. These pieces have normal wear and tear for their age. Value would be mostly sentimental.
