Ok, it is marked B&W . I saw it in a local Thrift Store, ask the price on it and it was $30.00. At a thrift store ?!?!!!! I fell in Love with this piece because of the face. But I left it for 30.00 and walked out with 30.00 worth of clothing. Three weeks later I went back and there it was... Still. Waiting, watching. I ask again how much. The price was the same. I bought it and cringed. I don't know it's worth or whom it was made.
But I do know the top is Ivory because of the cross hatching and definitely Sliver. Some Rhinestones have been replaced. However in great condition. Measurements are 2" inches down and across from top head 1" and half inch to smaller chin.

Good catch! Good id of ivory with the cross hatching (Schreger's lines)!
Near the B&W mark, it seems to have english hallmarks you will have to identify to try having more infos on the maker :-)
I think there is some yellowing glue you could carefully remove under a loupe with a needle...

30 smackers? Yikes....stateside thrift shops have gone barking mad. I can't make out the hallmarks in the photos. This piece is very unusual, I must say!
