This is a nice example of a Victorian. The metal content goes from solid 22k, 18k and Silver. The diamonds are rose cuts and old mine cuts. Centre diamond is about 0.40ctw. It's a solid piece and the weight is about 18 grams. The chain maybe a replacement with the makers name Aurafin 18k Italy. I am thinking French in origin. Any thoughts?

I can't say if it is french, but it is not Georgian.
The knife edge setting (where are set the pearl and biggest diamond) situe it end of 19th century (about 1880) as the tiara here:
