Not a expert by any means on old French anything, this was to nice looking to leave at the garage sale for 3 dollars. I'm thinking its early 20th century but I don't really know.
Any clues are as always appreciated

I was telling my wife, narrowing something down to anything less then 5 years is crazy. 1879-1881 is crazy, thanks once again!
