      I agree. I would tend to want to preserve this item rather than restore it. I'd use a mild soap and hand wash it and give it a good detail cleaning afterwards. In terms of preservation, if you want to keep it, I'd keep it out of direct sunlight. Sourcing out that headlamp, and perhaps a new steering wheel, etc. could be a good mission for you. This would bring the value up.

      I agree,source the missing and/or broken parts and a good clean job would be for me.To nice to restore IMO.This displays well as is.

      I think this one has been painted .. never saw or heard of one that was not white. The steering wheel is the correct one but the headlight is not. It would be great to display as is or restore. If you go with the restore it would be worth the money to go professional. These are worth some good money.
      If it were mine, I would get the windshield and head lights and just clean it up.
