This gold leafed letter H came from the very F.W. Woolworth's store that I shopped at when I was about seven years old. The store closed years ago, and a local salvager bought quite a few items from the store. When I look at it, it sometimes brings back old memories of sitting at the soda fountain bar, and buying toys there.
I love it! I have many fond memories of Woolworth's myself. Every time my family went there it was tradition to take home some of the hot, roasted peanuts. I miss these stores.
