Kingfisher Stamp? Cake Server Electroplate - ? Help!

A buy today from a local new/second hand shop I frequent. The first mark looks like a Pelican holding a fish.

And again, maybe it's not a pelican...a Kingfisher?

The second mark is a 2 in a square. The third mark are the initials GR.

Looked under British electroplate, Pelican mark and didn't really find anything I thought was helpful. Also searched GR.

There's no EPNS or related silver plate stamp but it has the tinny sound of plate when I tap on it. This cake server is in excellent condition. No signs of base metal creeping through.
