I recently bought this Czech spatter vase. I'm not particularly fond of green, but I fell in love with the soft shade of this one. I know nothing about it and would appreciate your guys opinion as to who the maker could be. It measures 5 1/2" h x 5" w. As always, thanks for looking.
The most interesting detail about this example, aside from the fact that it is a nice example of Czech glass, is the unique and distinctive crimping tool used on the feet. I personally do not recall having seen it used before. Nice find.
So nice! Looking like a Granada fruit :-)
Hi Rick, I love everything about your vase.....and would be very pleased indeed to find one like it!
If this works you'll see a creamer and a sugar bowl with 'daisy ' crimps!

Ya found a Rare one.....So Glad for you!! It is Very Pretty !! I love it !!
That's so cute! When it's stood upside down, it reminds me of a strawberry. :-)
Thanks Peggy. I did not recall seeing those.... Not enough for an ID, but definitely seems to be an uncommon tool.
Thanks for the wonderful comments and love Nice, Craig, Kyra, Cind, Peggy, Lisa, Rosie and Bonnie! Also, thanks for the love Mike, Kevin, Aura and Fixit, it's all appreciated!
@Nice... What I love about this green is that it looks like they mixed something in which really softened the color.
@Craig... Thanks, I too found it unique and am thrilled to have my first piece of spatter glass!
@Lisa... So you think it might be rare? That's exciting!
@Rosie... Thanks, I hope eventually someone will be able to identify it! WOO HOO! :-)
@Kyra... I never knew granada fruit was another name for a pomegranate... I just learned something!
@Peggy... Thanks for the link... Yup that's it!
@Bonnie... Now that you mention it...
Thanks Lisa... I'll be waiting! I really have no choice now do I? LOL
If the number of petals match Peggy's, I think you have your answer for the moment! I certainly thought Welz immediately.
Pomegranate? :-D This is one of the CUTEST vases I've seen on CW.
I love the rim trim - it perfectly balances the bowl. Well done Rick!

Actually Lisa, when I bought them, it was with the intention of selling them. After having them in hand, I fell in love and decided they're not going anywhere!
