Art Deco/Machine Age Sconces

Here are a pair of machine age sconces I have mounted on the wall in my bathroom. I believe they are from Markel, circa 1930's. They have chrome or nickel mounts with milk glass shades. The great design, especially the tapering, finned finial, looks straight out of Buck Rogers! They also provide great mood lighting.

Rejuvenation made replicas of these sconces in 2005, and the replicas look very similar. However, the Rejuvenation sconces have some minor differences in the metal castings, and they do not have the black bakelite switches on the sconces at the base by the long finials.
