This somewhat typical 'non-footed ' vase made by Viking glass Co. shows the use of Manganese to clarify the glass. It was likely made in the 60's.

Thanks for the loves....Everyone ! Thanks for your comment Tremblay252. I have to admit, I was quick to claim this is a Viking vase, but i have some lingering doubts. But it does have some of the Viking attributes about it. I think I just jumped into the same boat as you... "Don't know anything about it".
