Got this vintage metal cabinet for $10 at an antique mall. I have a weakness for white painted metal cabinets. Sadly while I was cleaning it the hinges that hold on the mirror separated from the case. But now I am thinking it may look better that way. There is already a mirror there but no cabinet.
I bought it for my downstairs bathroom with the sea shell theme and flood damage. Downstairs is the buildup and is partly to mostly underground and does not have the log cabin thing going on. So I am going with more of a 50s 60s look down there.
Here is a question for the CW members. Does it work better with the mirror attached or should I leave it off?
I'd say leave the mirror off, it looks good just used as shelves. You might even be able to use the mirror elsewhere. You will need to get those hinges off though.
I like both but if I left the mirror off I would make use for it somewhere else because its beautiful
Personally, I'd leave the mirror on, great little mirror!
Thank you very much elanski. I have a spot for the mirror.
Thank you very much Aimathena. 2-1 for off so far.
Thank you very much MyFavoriteTreasures. If I can figure out a way to put it back there is a good chance I will.
