      I cannot read Chinese, but that is Chinese lettering and not Japanese. I can't read Japanese either, except some characters, but it's generally simpler. The strokes in Chinese lettering tend to be more square, and the general shape of the ideograms is more square.

      you cant compare this because you can,t see Yi Qian Tang Long Nian Zhi - Made in the year of the Dragon mark in the comparison

      the only can do is recount the real mark -60 the zodia time the cycle so 1988-60

      the value is quite low
