These beer signs were in Jody Farra's booth at Renninger's antiques market in Adamsville, PA. He's a big local beer fan.
Coincidentally I'd had some Yuengling the day before in nearby Schillington - both from a nice frosty can and a more interesting way: poured into boiling water used to cook lobster. I'd never seen this technique before, despite growing up in Boston (lobster country). It certainly didn't hurt the taste!
Part of my summer 2010 whirlwind east coast antiques tour.

i am looking for any Ortlieb Brewery memorabilia...if anyone has any contacts, please let me know..thanks
My name is Dick Staib and I was in the beer distributor business in the 70's. I bought the business and found several boxes of old signs and mirrors in the attic. I sold the business years ago but still have the boxes of signs in my attic. I have done some initial investigations and that is why I believe they are from the 30's and 40's. I ultimately want to sell the signs but I am also in search of information about the actual ages and value of each sign.(there are several different designs). I would be very grateful for any help anyone may provide.
