My father and I bought a house and contents in a auction(Outside of Lott, Texas) to be tore down when we finally removed the flooring he found this face down in the dirt. The plaque fell down though the holy floor and sat in the dirt for who knows how long. So it does have some condition issues(See Pictures) and Dr. Lemly's first name(Charles)is mostly illegible the plaque reads "Presented By T.S.C.A. To Dr. Charles C. Lemly For Meritorious Service To Chiropractic In Texas 1959". And this is what information I was able to find on it:

This is a Keeler Chiropractic Plaque awarded to Dr. Charles C. Lemly in 1959. Dr. Lemly was born in Texarkana, Texas(April 30, 1892) Among the first chiropractic physicians in the State of Texas, Dr. Lemly held the distinction of having the most legal cases (66) filed against him by the medical profession and was tried more times in the courts than any other chiropractor, in one case serving a jail sentence for violation of the Texas Medical Practice Act. He will receive the Keeler Plaque in 1959.

The Keeler Plaque is the Texas Chiropractic Association's highest honor bestowed on a member of the profession for a lifetime of exemplary service. Established by Dr. Clyde Keeler in 1934, a Dallas native and pioneer chiropractor, the Keeler Plaque is intended to recognize deserving recipients and inspire greater advancements in the field of chiropractic. The award is given once a year to one member of the Texas Chiropractic Association who has contributed significantly to chiropractic, either through research, education, or other means of support.

Thank you so much for taking your time to look at my new find!!!

      Hello Madison,
My grandfather was Clyde Keeler, the chiropractor that the award is named after. In his later years, his clinic was in the Oaklawn area of Dallas. I have fond memories of visiting his clinic. My father, David, is his youngest living son. I am interested to know if you are willing to allow me to purchase the plaque. We currently do not have one of the award plaques. It has sentimental value for us.
I hope to hear back from you.
      Amy
