This is the phone that hung in our dining room for many years. I played with it as a child. I have always thought it was really cool. It is labeled Chicago Telephone Supply Company Elkhart, Indiana U.S.A.
I do not know how old it is or if it has any value.

The Chicago Telephone and Supply Company started off manufacturing telephones and switchboards in Chicago on June 1895. The Company moved to Elkhart, Indiana in 1902 and there still in business today under the name CTS.
Your telephone was manufactured around 1906. the value varies from $150.00 to $250.00. Yours looks to be all original which some collectors look for in wall phone.
