Looking to find out what the pattern name is for these. They are crystal and have that wonderful ping when clicked together.......Thank you for any advice on age, pattern, and maker..Also what do you call the stem work?
Very beautiful !!!
Thank you Sean
These are pretty! I'm having trouble seeing some of the details of the cutting. Do the stems of the glasses have a sawtooth edge?
Thank you swfin...Yes to the sawtooth.......Sorry about the rough photos
Wow these are very beautiful; is that what you call the cut on the stems - sawtooth? I have some with cut stems, I had researched as "zipper" cut and got nowhere (but that's usually my end result when I'm looking for glass, I'm not very lucky).
your very welcome Truth!!
I don't think it's your photos as much as the fact that it's really hard to get detailed shots of clear, cut crystal on current cameras / phones. : )
@MFT - I've got no real idea if sawtooth is a recognized thing or not. I just heard someone use it to describe that edge cutting and thought it seemed like a good description at the time.
Not the easiest pattern to see here. Anyone have any idea on design name of these
it is hard to make out the details, but looks to be 'Knickerbocker' by Libbey/Rock Sharpe

Rock Sharpe was a decorating company that was purchased by Libbey to decorate their own glass. Brief history info:

might note that the same #1007 stem was used with various cut decorations:
