I don't know anything about this basket. I don't remember where I got it.
It is what it is .. a lovely basket.
If you know if its from Home Goods or its the real deal, I'm all ears.
I tried to find more descriptions to add and all I could find I put in the picture. Thank you!!

It's African, a traditional bread basket made in Morocco, woven from esparto grass. If you want to confirm, one is illustrated in "Art of the Basket, Traditional Basketry from Around the World" by Bryan Sentance. Or a web search for "Moroccan bread basket" will show examples: http://www.amazon.com/Casablanca-Market-Moroccan-Bread-Basket/dp/B00BBM56PU

I don't know about Home Goods, but I do know the last time I was at Epcot Center, there was a big display for sale in the Gift Shop at the Morocco Pavilion.

You are so very amazing. Thank you. I will research how to take care of it and how to 'use' it without ruining it. I appreciate your time and value your input. I can't wait to take a look at the web site. LOVE IT!!
