Auto CO2 Fire Killer / Tyre inflator

Auto CO2 fire Killer / Tyre Inflator this is the strangest fire extinguisher that I have seen .. To inflate Tyre you unscrew the horn. 2, screw cylinder on to valve, keeping cylinder valve upper most. 3, open cylinder by gently turning cylinder anti clock-wise and inflate tyre slowly. I have seen this type of cylinder inside large fire extinguishers to pressurise the extinguisher.. they may have used the cylinder for the product shown above .. someone might be able to enlighten me if this was the case or i was it just another piece of KIWI resourefulness..
