I am thinking 1950s - 1960s on this one. It is marked "Japan" on the underside along with a Japanese character.
Enamelware tended to be made in the USA before WWII and they stopped making enamelware is the US during the 1950s.
Anyway it is a nice colorful piece that hangs over my kitchen sink along with a pair of vintage graniteware colander. The difference between enamelware and graniteware is that enamelware is solid colored without speckles and patterns.
The color on this is awesome
i found a couple of these lately, including a really nice and small pale green one. i've been planting Lewisias [bright, variably-colored, california native flowers which need excellent drainage] in them. i'll post some photos later.
