Pocket Watch fob- nickle/silver & bone? Gambling Dice?

I think this item is super cool- just not sure what it fob piece is!! I think the piece may have been some kind of gambling dice? It has DRILLED OR STAMPED pips on 2 sides- any help appreciated. It is not stamped silver anywhere I have found on the dog bone style looped chain. Could it be nickle or some other metal? I do not know the weight but it does have some black areas/tarnish but seems to keep its luster and is not magnetic. ANY IDEAS or known similar items? Thanks
