Mystery Intaglio face with central blue section

As you can see the face is intaglio and the blue "blob" has been added to emphasis the outline. I have seen an identical one on Ebay some time back - the only difference was the blue section was replaced by red of about the same density. I have carefully examined it and there is no sign of any markings.

The nearest I got was a Czech - Professor Jan Cerny but he mainly cast raised "cameo" style faces.

Conclusion - not a Jan Cerny item but perhaps by a student of his.
