1950 0r 1960 foot stool. It saws Mattawa Furniture MFG. Limitied Cooksville -- Ont. Style No. The seat needs to be redone.

Wonderful piece, I have a book on Canadian furniture and so many companies making a long list came out of Ontario and most all are gone now, with not so much as a whisper, so sad.
