Sister of the one previously posted, but never had a hinge.
This one had big issues...
Surely falled at one time, jade broken, mount inside rim damaged, lacks in glued stone carvings flowers basket!
The old restores aren't mine ;-)
The lid decor has a strong art deco look.
I only replaced the red bug with polymer clay tinted with marker, and glued a tiny opal in the bouquet!
Of course, what I prefer is the house fly inlay.

I love it kyra, it's a beauty the detail and colours are amazing. Can you tell me what stones they used, I do think I can see lapis, Coral, Carnelian, Green Jade, Tiger Eye and Turquoise?

One more to add, blood jasper for the leaves applied on the basket :-)
