I bought this long ago at army surplus store for about $15. The scabbard is the one that came with it although I have not seen another with a scabbard exactly like it. The scabbard is canvas with a leather tip. A bit light for a bayonet this size. Actually a bit light for any knife.
It is a long bayonet about 16 1/2" long. There is quite a bit of corrosion on the tip and some near the arsenal mark near the handle.
Still it is a good quality blade and does a fine job of hanging on the wall.
Do you have an Enfield rife as well ? Awesome bayonet!
At 16-1/2" it's more like a SWORD! [;>)))))))
The scabbard looks like the outer sleeve of the US model 1910 scabbard. It would have had a stiffening insert. Here's my example:

Thank you very much Caperkid. Sadly I don't have the rifle.
Thank you very much NevadaBlades. I have some even longer bayonets.
An extra thank you very much Chrisnp. That explains the flimsy sheath. Apparently the bayonet and sheath are mismatched but I guess that happens.
Thank you
