New Old Stock Keystone license plate topper

This is new in the complete booklet that it was sent in ,in 1953!A good friend of mine found this at a flea market and passed it on to me(he got it for a song too!)I collect these toppers and have never found one still in the package so-to-speak!You just never know what you will find next!Thanks for looking and enjoy!
