Approx 14.5" tall, not including the base. I was told it was purchased in Paris. I'm not interested in selling it. I am interested in knowing more about the item.

Rotated 90 degrees clockwise the mark is for Qianlong, 1736 to 1795, a reign in the Qing dynasty. This is a very common mark on reproduction porcelain. but would need someone more familiar with decoration to determine if it is of the period.
